Information the App Collects or Permissions this App has
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account. Below is the list of permissions required by the app and their purpose:
Store Information
We collect basic store information, such as Store Name, Address, Contact Email, Support Email, and Shopify Plan. This information is used solely to facilitate communication with the store owner regarding app operations, such as completion of export processes or notifications about any errors.
We never send promotional emails or cross-sell services. However, we may send notifications about updates, bug fixes, or changes that directly affect the functionality of the app.
Order Information (Read Access)
The app requires permission to read order data, including order details such as order IDs, product titles, quantities, and customer names. This data is used to generate the CSV files requested by your customers. However, we do not process or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of customers on our servers. The data is processed only within the merchant’s Shopify environment and delivered as a downloadable file.
No Theme or Product Permissions
Unlike other apps, this app does not require access to themes or product data beyond what is included in order details.
Data Retention
We do not retain any of the data processed through the app. Once an order export is completed, the data is delivered directly to the customer and is not stored on our servers or repositories.
Customer Data
This app does not process, collect, or store any Personally Identifiable Information of individual customers beyond the data required to fulfill export requests. The app only temporarily accesses this data within the Shopify ecosystem to generate CSV files for customer download. No customer information is retained or shared outside of Shopify.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
